Shipping, Postage & Packing Charges

Most orders placed by 1pm will be dispatched that day, if it's a weekday, on a FREE next working day delivery service.

Some smaller items may be sent on a FREE Royal Mail First or Second class service. If you especially need something urgently, please call us before ordering on either number below to ascertain which service we use for your intended purchase.

Orders placed on a weekend or bank holiday will be dispatched on the next working day.

Delivery shall be made to the delivery address supplied by you at the time of ordering. Whilst we endeavour to deliver within the times specified, any times quoted for delivery are approximate only, we shall not be liable for any delay in delivery of the goods, however caused. Risk of damage to or loss of the goods passes to you at the time of delivery to the specified delivery address.
